Devine Earth Connection Circle

A time for coming together to celebrate our growth, support each other, and making time to be nurtured as we connect to our devine wisdom within.

You will be guided in connection to the nurturing energies of nature as well as developing an understanding of energetic self care and healing practices and developing your intuition and understanding of self in a safe nurturing space.

Each monthly group has a different theme and flow aligning with the month’s astrological energies and their influence around healing, self care, energetic awareness and personal development.

The session includes:

*Earth Energies Connection – You will be guided as a group in honoring the ancestors of our land and Connecting into the elemental energies, a powerful support for healing, activation of spiritual growth and awakening. When we are connected to mother earth we feel balanced, safe and supported, having access to healing energies at all times.

*Meditation – Intuitively guided with sound healing instruments that will create an energetic re-set, balancing and relaxing you whilst opening you up to your inner guidance. These sessions include energy healing for a powerful re-alignment in mind, body and spirit.

*Discussions and sharing – An opportunity for connection to each other as we share and support each other in our learning, healing and individual growth.  A comfortable open space to ask questions and get curious about spiritual and personal development as well as energy healing.

*Journalling – Healing for the mind, supportive for growth and transforming patterns, beliefs and energy whether it be for clearing your head, working on improving your mindset, letting go of what weighs you down or setting manifesting goals.

*Body Connection – Guided practices for awareness of energy, connecting with self and becoming our own healer.

*Our group sessions may also include art and other creative practices as each session is unique, intuitively created to your needs.

The last Sunday of the month from 3.00pm – 5.00pm
